Shipping Information
When ordering online, you will be given the option of selecting a method of shipment during checkout. If you have established relationship with a freight provider, you can choose to ship COLLECT and provide us with your freight account number. Otherwise, select PREPAID to include freight charges with your order.
>> Parcel: Cooney Brothers ships via UPS, and FedEx upon request; Choose ground or expedited shipping options at checkout.
>> Freight / LTL: For bulk, heavy or oversized orders, we offer LTL services. We work closely with several carriers, but will work with one of your choosing if you have an established relationship.
>> Delivery: Cooney Brothers has a fleet of flat bed and pickup trucks utilized to deliver to established customers within the Mid-Atlantic region.
>> Counter Pick Up: You may also arrange to pick up your order from our Plymouth Meeting, PA location, which is conveniently located near the Norristown exit of the PA Turnpike as well as PA Route 476, the Blue Route. Click here for directions to our facility.

Once logged in to the website, from the My Account section, you can view the status of your order. Once the carrier picks up your order (usually within 24 hours), you may use the tracking number to track the status of your shipment. Watch our video tutorial on How to Track an Order.
If the shipment was via UPS, FedEx or Cooney Truck, it can found under My Account (at the top right of the screen), then select the My Orders link. Please note, you must be logged in to the site to view these pages. Find the order using the filters on the page, and click on the red Order Number link. The UPS or FedEx tracking number will be listed and you can click on that to get the UPS proof of delivery. If the delivery was made via our truck, a signature confirmation will appear directly on that page, which can be printed or emailed using the controls in the upper right corner of the page.

Counter pickup is available between the hours of 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM ET. Speak with sales to arrange emergency pick up outside of our standard business hours. Click here to learn more about our 1 Hour Counter Pickup Program.
To pick up your order, please go to the side of the building, which is located on the bend, and go to the door marked "CUSTOMER PICK UP" under the Cooney Brothers sign. Please ring the bell and a warehouse team member will be with you shortly.
Yes, we can Blind Ship your order when drop shipping to your customer. Please write in the 'Add Order Notes' field of the "Checkout - Billing & Shipping Addresses" page of checkout that you wish to ship this order blind.
Please then email a copy of the packing list you wish to include to [email protected] or reply to your order confirmation email.
You can select "Use One-Time Ship To Address" at check-out. If you need to permanently add a new ship-to to your account, please contact inside sales using one of the convenient methods found on the Contact Us page.
