Tracking an Order
Tracking an order is easy using the Cooneybrothers.com website. Watch this video to learn where to go on the website to obtain tracking information and what to do if no tracking number is listed.
Hello and welcome to the Cooney Brothers How To Video Series. In this video we will cover how to use the track an order on the website.
Tracking an order shipped via UPS, FedEx and Cooney Truck is very easy. From the My Account Menu at the top of the page, select the My Orders option. You will then be shown a list of your bids, open orders, and completed orders, which defaults to the 15 most recent. You can expand the number of orders shown using the drop down box found at the bottom of the table.
Use the Filter options found above the table to search for an order by an item, your purchase order number, the Cooney sales order number, a date range, by shipping address, order status (in this case you’d want to filter by Invoiced only), and by greater than/less than/ or equal to a total Order Amount. Once you find the order you are looking for, click on the red Order Number link in the left column.
Tracking information, when available, will be found beneath the Order Details and above the product summary. If your order shipped via UPS or FedEx, the tracking number is a link. This will open a new window or tab to take you directly to the UPS or FedEx website. If your order shipped via Cooney Truck, you will see an image containing a time-stamped signature confirmation.
