Gruvlok Grade T Gaskets

Gruvlok Grade T Gaskets are top-picked pipe-fitting gaskets due to their optimal gasket grading capabilities that ensure a maximum service life. This gasket forms a leak-proof seal when it is properly insulated because this tightly compresses its inclined gasket lips onto the pipe OD. This sealing action is further reinforced by coupling housings encompassing and compressing it and by the force of internal line pressure that is also energizing the elastometric gasket.

Cooney Brothers is proud to distribute a range of Gruvlok T Gaskets from 1” to 16” in size. These gaskets are considered “standard”, and they are made of Nitrile with orange color coding. They are rated for use within a -20 to 180 degree Fahrenheit temperature range, and they are designed to be used with Figure 74 Couplings, 7010 Couplings, 7004EG Couplings, 7005 and 7305 Couplings, 7000-4 and 7400-01 Couplings, 7012 and 7013 Couplings, or 7045 and 7046 T-Clamps.

Offering excellent oxidation resistance and tight sealing, Grade T Gaskets are intended for use with specific applications, not including hot water services. Some of these applications are Petroleum products, vegetable oils, mineral oils, and air contaminated with petroleum oils.
