Gruvlok FIG 7001 Flexible Pipe Couplings form grooved pipe connections that are flexible, adaptable, and have working pressures of 1000 PSI for an array of applications. The coupling design ensures an easy installation between pipes and other equipment in both wet and dry systems while also reducing pipeline noise and vibration without the need for special components.

Cooney Brothers is proud to be an authorized distributor of Gruvlok 7001 Couplings, made from Ductile Iron with hot-dipped zinc galvanized or rust-inhibiting orange painted finishes. 7001 Pipe Couplings are available with Grade “EP” EPDM and Grade “T” Gaskets in both standard and flush gap styles. However, Gruvlok also makes these couplings with Fluoro-Elastomer and Silicone Gaskets, so do let us know about any specific gasket requests. Our selection is available from 1” to 30” in size.

FIG 7001 Flexible Couplings are intended for use with many services such as mechanical, plumbing, process piping, mining, and oil field piping. 7001 Couplings with EPDM Gaskets are intended for water service, diluted acids, alkalies solutions, oil-free air and many other chemical services, but not petroleum applications.  Couplings with Nitrile Gaskets are intended for petroleum applications as well as air with oil vapors and vegetable and mineral oil, but no hot water or hot air.
