Crane 7-1⁄2E Iron Gate Valves

Crane 7-½E Iron Body Gate Valves feature an Outside Screw & Yoke, tapered solid wedge disc, body guide ribs, non-asbestos packing and gaskets, and a bronze trim that includes a rising stem, ACME double stem threads, and renewable bronze seat rings.

Available in sizes 2” to 12”, these valves have flanged end connections and are Class 250. These valves are rated up to 250 psi with steam and up to 500 psi CWP. They are proven top performers in mechanical systems of commercial buildings as well as chemical plants, steel mills, shipyards, refineries, pulp and paper mills, and utilities.

Crane 7-½E series valves can be supplied with by-passes when specified. Valves that are 6" or larger feature bosses cast into their bodies and bonnets, allowing for the installation of taps and drains to prevent fluid build up and potential damage.
